消費税（10%）は販売価格に別途加算されます。プランごとの管理手数料（売上の1%・税別）、超過予約料金、Web決済手数料が別途発生する場合があります。本サービスのご利用に伴うインターネット接続料、通信費等はお客様のご負担となります。

Japanese consumption tax (10%) is added to the listed price. Management fees (1% of sales, excluding tax), per-plan overage charges, and Web payment processing fees may apply separately. Internet connection fees and other communication costs incurred while using the service are borne by the customer.

銀行振込、クレジットカード決済（Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express）。クレジットカード決済は Stripe 社を通じて処理されます。

月額サブスクリプションは、契約日を起算日として毎月自動的に課金されます。初期費用が発生するプランの場合、契約時に一括でご請求いたします。お客様による解約のお手続きがない限り、月次で自動更新されます。

Monthly subscriptions are automatically charged each month from the contract start date. Initial setup fees, where applicable, are invoiced in full at the time of contract. Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled by the customer.

お申込み・契約完了後、ご登録のメールアドレス宛に管理者アカウント情報を即時送付いたします。本サービスは https://www.okicloud.com よりブラウザを通じて即時ご利用いただけます。デジタル形式で提供されるクラウドサービスであり、物理的な配送はございません。

Administrator account credentials are sent to the registered email address immediately after the application and contract are completed. The service is available for use immediately via a browser at https://www.okicloud.com. As a cloud service delivered electronically, there is no physical shipment.

デジタル・クラウドサービスの特性上、ご契約後のお客様都合による返金・キャンセルはお受けしておりません。ただし、当社の責めに帰すべき重大な不具合があり通常のご利用が困難な場合には、お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡いただいた上で、個別に対応いたします。月額サブスクリプションは、次回更新日の前日までに管理画面またはお問い合わせ窓口からお手続きいただくことで、次回以降の自動更新を停止できます。すでに課金済みの期間および初期費用については返金いたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Due to the nature of cloud / digital services, we do not accept refunds or cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer after the contract is concluded. If the service cannot be used normally due to a material defect for which we are responsible, please contact our support desk and we will respond on a case-by-case basis. Monthly subscriptions can be stopped from automatic renewal by cancelling via the admin dashboard or by contacting support on or before the day prior to the next renewal date. Amounts already charged for the current term and any initial setup fees are non-refundable.

A working internet connection and the latest version of a major web browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox) is recommended. The service is also accessible on smartphones and tablets.
